Today is our official launch date and in keeping with our slogan of being The Online Real Estate Magazine and Directory, BuyRIC.com will be your source for industry news and features with the collaboration of “Realtors” and “Companies” in the “Real Estate” industry. All sectors of real estate, from residential, industrial, to commercial will be featured here.
With BuyRIC.com being a new privately held startup company headquartered in Vancouver, BC, Canada, we will initially be focusing our efforts and services within the province of British Columbia, Canada. Our goal is to provide a comprehensive service and experience before promptly branching out to other regions across Canada and the United States.
So what is BuyRIC.com and how will we serve the public, businesses, customers, and overall viewership to our website? Why should you make BuyRIC.com your number one destination for everything relating to real estate? Well, keep on reading below for an in-depth look at each of our featured sections debuting soon on the website.
The News section may be self explanatory to you, but let us tell you our side of the story. Time after time, whenever you search the Internet for “Real Estate News,” it’s really hard to find that one hub to keep yourself informed about “local” real estate news. So our goal is to be that quintessential hub for real estate news, but not just borrowed news from scattered sources, we will be providing original news on all industry fronts, from residential, industrial, and commercial; hence the “RIC” initials in “BuyRIC.com.” Our News section will begin immediately today.
This section will feature stories, profiles, and features on Realtors within any given region. For starters, we will only be working with realtors in British Columbia. This section will highlight both the personal and professional aspect of realtors to give you a better perspective of the individual behind the name. It will allow you, the customer to make a better and more informed decision when choosing a realtor.
The Projects section will showcase stories and profiles of current real estate developments and projects within any given region. Whether it be a new residential subdivision, new condos, new townhomes, or a new mixed development, this section of BuyRIC.com will be devoted to all this and more. The content will be a heavy use of combined multimedia, photography, videos, and written content.
The Directory section will initially be your source for listings of “Realtors” and “Projects” in your area. As we grow, it will be expanded with more features and will cover more aspects of the real estate industry. You can expect this section to be your “gateway” to real estate related individuals and companies in the future.
Our Blog area is a unique section to the website because it won’t actually be us BuyRIC.com Developers blogging; that’s what we have the Developers sub-section for. Instead, this section is designed to allow individuals and companies in the real estate industry to have their voices heard. This will all be under one location here at BuyRIC.com.
